We will do our best to resolve your concerns promptly. If we are unable to address the issue to your satisfaction, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests will not be entertained beyond this 7-day period.

Refunds for VPS and Dedicated Servers

Refunds are not available for VPS or Dedicated Server services under any circumstances.

Termination and Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued if your VPS or other services are terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any breach of our Terms and Conditions, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Account Credits

Any credit applied to your account cannot be refunded and must be used for future purchases or renewals within VPS Panda.

Non-Refundable Fees

Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Promotional Plans Excluded

Services purchased as part of a promotion, whether a promo code was used or not, are excluded from our 7-day money-back guarantee.

Excess Payments

Funds sent to VPS Panda in excess of the amount due cannot be refunded. These funds will be credited to your account for future use.
